After years of experience in education — teaching, mentoring, and collaborating with schools — I saw firsthand how much smoother a day runs when substitutes are supported with the right preparation. Too often, substitutes are expected to “figure it out” with little guidance, yet they are vital to student success and school operations. That realization inspired me to create Certified Sub — a practical, professional learning platform designed specifically for substitute teachers.
